Building technology tenders (HVAC, electrical) in the canton of Aargau

In Aargau, most building technology contracts come from two national buyers. The Federal Roads Office's Zofingen branch tenders the operating and safety equipment of motorways and tunnels, in lots for power distribution, cabling, lighting, fire alarm systems and controls. Swissgrid buys transformers, reactors and substation equipment. On top of that, the city of Aarau, the utility AEW Energie, the Paul Scherrer Institute and other institutions award heating and electrical contracts for their own buildings.
