Herstellung, Lieferung, Montage und Prüfung von zwei temporären HS-Kabelanlagen im Unterwerk Leibstadt 380 kV» umfasst hauptsächlich folgende Leistungen: Engineering der kompletten Kabelanlage, inkl. optimalen mechanischen Schutz die Herstellung & Lieferung der Kabel, Garnituren und Zubehör, Kabelmessung vor Ort Herstellung, Werksprüfung und Transport der Kabel Dimensionierung, Lieferung und Montage vom mechanischen Schutz. Verlegung und Montage der Kabelanlagen mit allen Befestigungen und Zubehör Dimensionierung, Lieferung und Montage und der Endverschluss-Gerüste Angabe der Informationen für die Dimensionierung der Fundamente (von dritter Partei) Dimensionierung, Lieferung und Montage der Endverschlüsse Lieferung und Installation des Erdungsmaterials Vor-Ort-Prüfungen Erstellung Anlagendokumentation nach Vorgaben (ZSTD-25-310) von Swissgrid Demontage komplette Kabelanlage, Entsorgung vom Zubehör, Kabel einzeln auf Bobinen aufwickeln. Transport und Entladung der Kabel im Zentrallager von Swissgrid (Ort noch zu definieren) Option: Durch eine optimale, kurzschlussfeste Verlegung mit optimierten mechanischem Kabelschutz ist die höchstmögliche Dauerstromtragfähigkeit sicherzustellen. Der Lieferant hat hierfür ein geeignetes Verlege Konzept vorzuschlagen und die höchstmögliche Stromtragfähigkeit nachzuweisen.
