1. Who we are

Sealio SA (also Sealio AG and Sealio Ltd), Rue des Voisins 8, 1205 Genève, Switzerland, UID CHE-195.477.387, is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Contact: privacy@mysealio.com.

2. Data we use and where it comes from

• Contact and professional data: name, job title, employer, work email and phone number, professional profile.
• Communications: emails, meeting notes and call recordings.
• Website data: pages visited, referring source, device and browser information, IP address and form submissions.
• Account data: name, work email, organisation and login activity of people who use the Sealio service.

We collect this data from you, from your employer, from your use of our website and service, and from public professional sources such as company websites, professional networks, commercial registers and public procurement publications. We also use business contact data providers, such as the database of our outreach tool.

3. Why we use it

• to answer requests, organise demos and manage our relationships with customers and prospects;
• to contact professionals about Sealio where it is relevant to their role; you can opt out at any time;
• to provide, secure and support user accounts;
• to understand and improve our website;
• to meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, on the performance of a contract, on legal obligations, or on your consent where it is required.

4. Who receives it

We share personal data with service providers that work for us, such as providers of customer relationship management, email outreach, office tools, scheduling, video calls, website hosting and user login. Some of them process data in the United States. In that case we use the safeguards required by law, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

• Prospect and contact data: up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction. Opt-out records are kept as long as needed to respect them.
• Account data: for the duration of the customer contract, then deleted as set out in our Terms of Service.
• Website and security logs: up to 12 months.
• Contracts, invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Swiss law.

6. Cookies and website tracking

Our website uses:

• essential cookies and browser storage, for example to remember that you have seen our cookie notice;
• Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page visits without cookies;
• HubSpot, which sets cookies to recognise returning visitors and to link form submissions to our records;
• Calendly, which may set cookies when you open the demo scheduler.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website, such as the demo scheduler, may then not work.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal data, for its correction or deletion, or for a copy in a common format, and you can object to its use, in particular for outreach. Write to privacy@mysealio.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the European Union, to your local data protection authority.
