The service
Sealio is a proposal intelligence platform that helps companies analyze RFPs, extract requirements, retrieve knowledge, draft proposal content with AI, coordinate reviews, and manage proposal workflows.
The product may be available as a private beta, pilot, or paid service. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.
Access to some features may depend on the customer plan, product version, or commercial agreement.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, or a security issue.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account creates a security risk or is being misused.
Customer content
Customers keep ownership of the documents, proposal content, knowledge base materials, comments, files, and other data they upload to Sealio.
By using Sealio, customers allow us to process their content only as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service.
Customer content may include RFPs, questionnaires, previous proposals, company templates, answers, supporting documents, review notes, and workflow data.
Customers are responsible for making sure they have the right to upload and use their content in Sealio.
AI outputs
Sealio uses AI-assisted features. These features may generate summaries, answers, draft text, requirement lists, risk flags, recommendations, and other outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific proposal.
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving all outputs before relying on them or submitting them externally.
Sealio does not provide legal, procurement, compliance, financial, or professional advice.
