ASTRA is procuring a fire-alarm system for the EP Arsenal, Hergiswil upgrade, replacing BSA installations in tunnel construction phases to provide detection and control integrated with ventilation and UeLS.

- One completed comparable tunnel reference ≥500m, under traffic, worth ≥ CHF 0.5 Mio; annual turnover must exceed twice the contract’s annual value.

- Price weighs 40%; equipment and execution quality 30%; organisation 30%.

- Installation windows are fixed; the contractor must observe them, with multi-shift work allowed.
