ASTRA is procuring communications cabling and distribution infrastructure for the new Gotthard tunnel tube and Airolo gallery, and for the existing tube’s renewal, enabling the existing tunnel to be refurbished.

Um die Sanierung des bestehenden - rund 17 km langen - Gotthard Strassentunnels zu ermöglichen, haben sich Bundesrat, Parlament und Bevölkerung für den Bau einer zweiten Röhre entschieden. Die BSA-Ausrüstung der zweiten Röhre, als Röhre Nord bezeichnet, erfolgt in den Jahren 2027 bis 2030, teilweise parallel zur Fertigstellung der baulichen Arbeiten. Parallel zur Nordröhre wird auch die Galleria di Airolo (GdA) mit einer Länge von rund 1 km realisiert, die einen integralen Bestandteil des Gotthardsystems bildet. Umgehend nach der Eröffnung der Röhre Nord im Gegenverkehrsbetrieb, erfolgt die Erneuerung der Bestandsröhre, die als Röhre Süd bezeichnet wird. Die bauliche Sanierung ist in den Jahren 2030 bis 2033 terminiert. Die bestehende BSA-Ausrüstung der Röhre Süd wird aufgrund ihres Alters komplett zurückgebaut. Die BSA-Neuausrüstung erfolgt teils parallel zum verkehrlichen Betrieb und dauern voraussichtlich bis 2036. Im Endzustand wird der GTG im Richtungsverkehr (pro Röhre ein Fahrstreifen plus Pannenstreifen) mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 80 km/h betrieben. Eine Sperrung einer Röhre wird aber aus Wartungs- und Ereignisgründen immer wieder vorkommen. Das vorliegende Los umfasst: Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebsetzung der Netzwerk- und Rangierverteiler-Infrastruktur in der Röhre Nord und der Röhre Süd inkl. Rampe Nord und Rampe Süd. Weiter sind in den vier Schachtköpfen eine Netzwerkinfrastruktur und die Rangierverteiler zu installieren. Lieferumfang 2TG (Röhre Nord) mit Nordrampe und Südrampe: Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme Universelle Kommunikationsverkabelung ca. 2300 Kabel in bergmännischen Zentralen, à max. 90 m Universelle Kommunikationsverkabelung für Erschliessung BSA-Komponenten in der Fahrbahn und SOS-Nischen, ca. 450 Stk. Lieferung und Einbau Patchpanel in BSA-Schränken, ca. 250 Stk. ca. 3 Stk. Schrank Rangierverteiler ca. 2000 U72-Signalkabel à ca. 150m zu SOS-Nischen etc. Patchkabel Dokumentation Lieferumfang 1TG (Röhre Süd) mit Nordrampe und Südrampe: Gleicher Lieferumfang wie 2TG (Röhre Nord)
