ASTRA is procuring tunnel and road lighting equipment for the EP Arsenal, Hergiswil project, including the southern extension, to equip its lighting systems.
- Deliverables
- Supply tunnel through and adaptation lighting, emergency guidance lighting, road lighting, engineering and documentation.
- Contract
- Unit-price works contract; material and labour prices fixed for 2 years from offer date.
- Eligibility
- Require one completed comparable tunnel reference, project-leader reference, turnover above twice annual contract value, and subcontracting capped at 50%.
- Award
- Price 40%, organisation 30%, and equipment quality 30%; organisation includes project setup and a project-leader reference.
- Watch out
- Provide a 5% defects guarantee, capped at CHF 2'000'000, for 5 years after acceptance.
