The Obergericht des Kantons Zürich is re-tendering its in-house cafeteria operation after its previous externally managed contract, to serve staff and other on-site users.
- Deliverables
- Run the cafeteria, catering and vending/self-service; capacity includes 100 seats and 34 catered events yearly.
- Contract
- One operating contract, with two optional one-year extensions; annual management fee and budgeted sales form the offer.
- Eligibility
- Attend the mandatory site visit; submit two comparable references, each ≥2 years and CHF 300'000 yearly, with Barista and DACH experience across them.
- Award
- Price weighs 30%, concept 55%, telephone references 10% and presentation 5%; concept score must reach 1.5.
- Watch out
- Accept the draft contract unconditionally; provide liability cover of at least CHF 5 Mio.

Das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich am Hirschengraben 15 in Zürich verfügt über eine nichtöffentliche Cafeteria. Die Betriebsgastronomie ist auf die Versorgung der vor Ort tätigen Personen ausgerichtet. Nun soll dieser Bewirtschaftungsauftrag im Rahmen der vorliegenden Submission im offenen Verfahren neu vergeben werden. Gesucht wird eine entsprechende Cateringorganisation.
