- Deliverables
- Monitor regional, supraregional and national print, online, radio and TV; deliver daily media reviews and maintain searchable clipping archives.
- Contract
- Framework contract for at least three clients; annual recurring costs have a ceiling, with no guaranteed volume.
- Eligibility
- Submit two references from comparable assignments completed within five years; offers must be in German.
- Award
- Award: economic efficiency 40%, references 10%, presentation 10%, and criteria in the Excel form 40%.
- Watch out
- Prices remain fixed throughout the contract; offers are binding for at least six months.
