Public-law restrictions on land ownership (PLR-cadastre) processing 2028–2033

Amt für Raumentwicklung is selecting up to five private firms to maintain and update Zurich’s ÖREB cadastre, creating a pool of experienced operators for municipal work under the cantonal operating model.
- Deliverables
- Maintain municipal and cantonal ÖREB data, provide data products and plans, and publish draft updates.
- Contract
- Up to five parallel six-year framework contracts; work is paid at CHF 138.00 per hour, excluding VAT and including expenses.
- Eligibility
- At least two key staff need ÖREB training and two INTERLIS training; provide two comparable company references from the last five years.
- Award
- Scoring: company qualifications 45%, internal organisation 30%, key-person qualifications 25%; highest total score wins.
- Watch out
- No guaranteed municipal work; submitted offers remain binding for six months after the submission deadline.

Gemäss der kantonalen ÖREB-Kataster-Verordnung (KÖREBKV, LS 704.13) und der Weisung «ÖREB-Kataster: Betrieb und Nachführung der Daten» wurde für die Bewirtschaftung des ÖREB-Katasters eine Betriebsorganisation aufgebaut, in welcher eine Anzahl geeigneter Katasterbearbeiterorganisationen (KBOs) die Arbeiten im Bereich der Bearbeitung der ÖREB-Kataster Daten im Auftrag der Gemeinden und der Fachstellen des Kantons Zürich ausführen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl von bis zu fünf geeigneten privaten Unternehmen, die als Katasterbearbeiterorganisation mit der Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung der ÖREB-Daten beauftragt werden.
