AWEL is commissioning design for flood protection, river revitalisation and a continuous walking and cycling route along the Glatt in Opfikon. The work addresses growing recreation pressure and ecological potential, creating a connected near-urban recreation area and habitats.
- Deliverables
- Design SIA phases 31-33; optional implementation phases 41-53, including technical and environmental reports and plans.
- Eligibility
- Submit three qualifying Swiss references; offer and project work must be in German.
- Award
- Award weighting: key personnel and organisation 45 %, project analysis 30 %, fee 25 %.

- Further phases require written release; the client may omit individual subphases.

Beim Auftrag "Fil Bleu Nord" handelt es sich um ein Planermandat, mit welchem in den Abschnitten "Auzelg", "Rohwiesen" und "Auholz" der Glatt in Opfikon von oberhalb der Hagenholzstrasse bis oberhalb der Brücke Zunstrasse der Hochwasserschutz, die Revitalisierung mit aquatischer und terrestrischer Vernetzung und der Fil Bleu Velo-/Fussweg projektiert und später optional realisiert werden soll.
