- Contract
- KBOB planning-services contract; prices are submitted by module, with options possible.
- Eligibility
- Submit comparable company references, qualified-personnel details, a quality-management record and a debt-register extract under three months old.
- Award
- Price carries 40%; key-person references 30%, work analysis 15% and company references 15%.
- Watch out
- Travel time is included and not paid separately; offers remain binding for the stated offer-binding period.

Im City-Gebiet der Stadt Zürich zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Bürkliplatz sowie zwischen Limmat und Schanzengraben, und dem ergänzenden Brandschenke-Quartier soll für die Wärme- und Kälteversorgung der Energieverbund CoolCity realisiert werden. Dabei soll Seewasser als Wärme- und Kältequelle dienen. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sollen bauherrenseitigen Vermessungsdienstleistungen für die Teilprojekte 1 und 2 beschafft werden.
