Die Stadt Kreuzlingen beabsichtigt den Ausbau des bestehenden Bushofs am Dreispitz sowie die Neuanordnung des Kreisels Bären. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Erweiterung des Bushofs von acht auf zehn Bushaltekanten, die Verbreiterung und Neugestaltung des Mittelperrons, die Erstellung hindernisfreier Bushaltekanten sowie die Anpassung der Verkehrsflächen zwischen den Kreiseln Bären und Löwen. Weiter beinhaltet das Projekt die Verschiebung und den Neubau des Kreisels Bären in Betonbauweise, die Erneuerung der Strassenoberbauten und Entwässerungsanlagen sowie umfangreiche Werkleitungsarbeiten im gesamten Projektperimeter. Diese umfassen insbesondere die Erneuerung und Umlegung der Gas- und Wasserleitungen, den Neubau und die Anpassung von Elektrorohrblockanlagen sowie die Erstellung von Kabelzugschächten und die Anpassung bestehender Hausanschlüsse. Die Tief-, Strassen- und Werkleitungsbauarbeiten erfolgen etappenweise unter Berücksichtigung des öffentlichen Verkehrs sowie der innerstädtischen Verkehrsführung.
