armasuisse Immobilien is procuring production and installation of wood wall panelling for the Auenfeld barracks accommodation building, part of its refurbishment, to house 636 army personnel.
- Deliverables
- Produce and install about 850 m2 of veneered wood panelling, with top and bottom solid-wood edging.
- Eligibility
- Provide two completed wood-panelling references exceeding CHF 400'000 each, from the last 5 years.
- Award
- Z1 price carries 60%; Z4 sustainability 20%; Z2 key-person references and Z3 technical report 10% each.
- Watch out
- Barracks operating interruptions and staged work are included in unit prices, with no additional costs.

Das Unterkunftsgebäude (UE) besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, drei Obergeschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss und dient primär der Unterbringung der Truppen und muss für 636 Angehörige der Armee (AdA) Platz bieten. Die Submission beinhaltet folgende Leistung: Produktion und Montage von furnierter Innenvertäfelung aus Holz bestehend aus einer oberen Ab-schlussleiste und einer unteren Sockelleiste (Massivholzbrett) als durchgehendes, zimmerbreites Element über eine Fläche von ca. 850 m2.
