Das Unterkunftsgebäude (UE) besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, drei Obergeschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss und dient primär der Unterbringung der Truppen und muss für 636 Angehörige der Armee (AdA) Platz bieten. Die Submission beinhaltet folgende Leistung: Produktion und Montage von Wandverkleidungen aus Walzstahlplaner über 1'350 m2. Produktion und Montage eines Regalsystem in den Korridoren für die Schuhe und ein Teil der Kleider der 636 AdA. Produktion und Montage Stahlplattengeländer aus Walzstahlplatten in beiden Treppenhäusern über rund 110 m2.
