Das Unterkunftsgebäude (UE) besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, drei Obergeschossen sowie einem Untergeschoss und dient primär der Unterbringung der Truppen und muss für 636 Angehörige der Armee (AdA) Platz bieten. Die Submission beinhaltet folgende Leistung: Planung, Produktion, Lieferung und Montage von 18 Retablierungstischen (l 7.07m x b 1.20m) mit hoher Anforderung an Stabilität (Truppentauglichkeit). Tische als modulare Elemente bestehend aus Fertigbetonelementen als Tischplatten, Stützen und Hackenkonstruktionen aus 70x70 mm Hohlprofile aus Stahl.
