The Erziehungsdepartement des Kantons Basel-Stadt is procuring warm-delivered meals and menu components for primary-school day-care, to provide weekday catering through the 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 school years.
- Deliverables
- Produce and deliver meals warm for 38 school weeks, plus up to eleven holiday weeks at holiday-care sites.
- Contract
- Framework contract with a one-year extension option; payment is per meal, with no price adjustments.
- Eligibility
- Provide a comparable reference: at least two years, five weekdays and 300 meals daily; no subcontractor references.
- Award
- Price 25%, product quality 35%, reference 10%, and operating, kitchen and logistics concept 30%.
- Watch out
- Adults’ meals are not paid separately; the price covers all production and delivery costs.

Der Auftrag umfasst die Herstellung und Belieferung von Mahlzeiten für Tagesstrukturstandorte der Primarstufe von Basel-Stadt während 38 Schulwochen für die Schuljahre 2027/2028 und 2028/2029. Für die Standorte mit Ferienbetreuung muss die Warmanlieferung ganzjährig erfolgen (d.h. zusätzlich während maximal elf Ferienwochen). Die Mahlzeiten werden warm angeliefert. Der Rahmenvertrag kann optional einmalig um ein Jahr verlängert werden.
