- One framework contract; hourly rates, with options to extend once by 2 years and once by 1 year.
- Eligibility
- Two comparable company references: traffic service at utility worksites, each worth at least CHF 5000.00 per site.
- Award
- Price 60%, references 20%, and CO2 emissions from travel to the site 20%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for 6 months; a labour-condition breach may trigger a penalty of 10% of the award sum, minimum CHF 3'000 per case.
