DE: Die bestehende Instandhaltungsanlage am Standort Giesshübel in Zürich ist technisch und betrieblich überholt und erfüllt die zukünftigen Anforderungen an modernes Rollmaterial nicht mehr. Vorgesehen ist der Rückbau der bestehenden Anlage und der Neubau einer zukunftsfähigen Instandhaltungsanlage mit zwei rund 130 m langen Gleisen und Waschanlage. Das Projekt befindet sich in einem innerstädtischen, räumlich stark begrenzten Umfeld mit komplexen Rahmenbedingungen. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Projektsteuerung / Bauherrenvertretung zur ganzheitlichen Führung des Projekts und optimalen Begleitung dieses vielseitigen komplexen Projektes. Ziel der Beschaffung ist die Beauftragung einer erfahrenen Projektsteuerung / Bauherrenvertretung, welche den Bauherrn bei der Planung und Realisierung der neuen Instandhaltungsanlage ganzheitlich unterstützt und eine zielgerichtete Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Risiken sicherstellt. FR: L’installation de maintenance existante sur le site de Giesshübel à Zurich est devenue obsolète tant sur le plan technique qu’opérationnel et ne répond plus aux exigences futures du matériel roulant moderne. Le projet prévoit le démantèlement de l’installation existante et la construction d’une nouvelle installation de maintenance pérenne et adaptée aux besoins futurs, comprenant deux voies ferrées d’environ 130 mètres de long ainsi qu’une installation de lavage. Le projet s’inscrit dans un environnement urbain dense, caractérisé par un espace fortement limité et des conditions-cadres complexes. Nous recherchons une équipe expérimentée en gestion de projet / représentation du maître d’ouvrage, capable d’assurer la conduite globale du projet et d’accompagner de manière optimale sa réalisation, compte tenu de sa diversité et de sa complexité. L’objectif du présent marché est de mandater un prestataire expérimenté en gestion de projet / représentation du maître d’ouvrage, chargé d’assister le maître d’ouvrage de manière globale lors de la planification et de la réalisation de la nouvelle installation de maintenance, tout en garantissant un pilotage efficace des coûts, des délais, de la qualité et des risques. We are seeking an experienced project management / client representation team to provide overall project leadership and ensure optimal support throughout this multifaceted and complex project. The objective of this procurement is to appoint an experienced project management / client representation provider to offer comprehensive support to the client throughout the planning and implementation of the new maintenance facility, ensuring effective management and control of costs, schedules, quality and risks.
