Umbau-,Sanierungs- und Umgebungsarbeiten des Unterstufenschulhauses Wasen im Emmental mit Auflagen der Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion des Kantons Bern (Lehrplan 21 für die Basisstufen) und der Denkmalpflege des Kantons Bern. Das Schulhaus beherbergt heute, wie in Zukunft 6 Klassen der Basisstufen. Der aktuell nicht genutzt Dachraum dient primär der Unterstufe, wird aber sekundär von Vereinen und für Versammlungen genutzt werden.
