In dem Gebäude des Inselspital Bern, SWAN-Haus, werden die Steuerungen der Gebäudeautomation modernisiert. Hierfür sollen die vorhandenen Steuerungen in den jeweiligen Schaltschränken durch neue Steuerungen ersetzt und an das bestehende Leitsystem (Siemens Desigo) angebunden werden. Die bestehenden Elektrounterverteilungen (Schaltschränke) werden nach dem Prinzip «Rostersatz» modernisiert, und die MSR-Unterstationen je komplett ersetzt. Die Feldgeräte werden nur punktuell ersetzt (Bsp. bei Defekt oder fehlender Richtlinienkonformität). Für die Elektrodatenpunkte der Unterverteilungen (UV) ist geplant, im Geschoss E eine Steuerung als «Datensammler» zu installieren, auf welchen abgesetzte I/O-Stationen in den jeweiligen Unterverteilungen angeschlossen werden. Die Umsetzungen folgender parallellaufender Teilprojekte des Projektes «Ersatz Türsteuerungen, ZUKO», «Integration BMA- Steuerungen in die Brandmeldeanlage» und «GA-Systemersatz» müssen zwingend miteinander koordiniert sein. Verursacht durch die verschiedenen Neubauten und Umbauten auf dem Inselareal, sowie eine Anpassung an dem Kennzeichnungskonzept müssen alle Beschriftungen, welche im Projektumfang enthalten sind (Bsp. Bezeichnungsschilder, Datenpunktbezeichnungen etc.) angepasst werden.
