- Eligibility
- Submit one comparable Nationalstrasse reference of at least CHF 40 Mio. and references for both key roles; subcontractors may deliver at most 50%.
- Award
- Award weights are provider quality 40%, offer quality 30% and price 30%.
- Watch out
- Key-person availability must be at least 20% for the project manager and 15% for the deputy; liability includes free reworking of deficient documents.

Die Nationalstrasse N08 im Unterhaltsabschnitt 52, zw. Spiez und Interlaken West, soll mit einem Erhaltungsprojekt (EP) gemäss der Unterhaltsplanung Nationalstrasse (UplaNS) baulich instand gestellt werden. Der Abschnitt beinhaltet den Leimern- und Leissigentunnel sowie offenes Trassee mit div. Kunstbauten (Stützmauern, Brücken, Bachdurchlässe etc.) und BSA-Anlagen. Bis dato wurden das Erhaltungskonzept (EK) und das Massnahmenkonzept (MK) ausgearbeitet sowie das Ausführungsprojekts (AP) öffentlich aufgelegt. Die Genehmigung wird im Herbst 2026 erwartet. Das vorliegende Mandat beinhaltet den Projektverfasser Umwelt inkl. Umweltbaubegleitung für die folgenden Projektphasen: Massnahmenprojekt / Detailprojekt (SIA 32) Ausschreibungen, Evaluationen, Vergabeanträge (SIA 41) Ausführung (SIA 51 und 52) Inbetriebnahme, Abschluss (SIA 53) Der detaillierte Projektbeschrieb ist der Beilage 03 Pflichtenheft und den Beilagen 07 Technischen Beilagen zu entnehmen.
