Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Zivildienst-Ausbildungskurses «Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen» des Bundesamtes für Zivildienst (ZIVI) im Rahmen der Zivi- Ausbildungskurse 2028+. Die Ausbildung vermittelt Zivildienstleistenden die Handlungskompetenzen für Einsätze in der Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege von Menschen. Sie kombiniert Grundlagen- und Vertiefungs-E-Learnings mit moderierten Online-Modulen und Präsenz-Lerneinheiten im Ausbildungszentrum ZIVI Schwarzsee. Sämtliche Leistungen sind dreisprachig (Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch) zu erbringen; alle Personendaten werden ausschliesslich in der Schweiz bearbeitet. Der Auftrag ist in fünf Lose unterteilt; Angebote sind für alle Lose möglich.
