Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Zivildienst-Ausbildungskurses «Erste Hilfe» des Bundesamtes für Zivildienst (ZIVI) im Rahmen des neuen Kurswesens 2028+. Der Kurs vermittelt Zivildienstleistenden die Kompetenzen, Notfallsituationen zu erkennen, korrekt zu alarmieren und bis zum Eintreffen professioneller Hilfe angemessen zu handeln. Er umfasst das Modul «Erste Hilfe» das Modul «Outdoor Erste Hilfe» ein E-Learning «Refresher Erste Hilfe» Zielgruppe: Modul «Erste Hilfe»: Alle Zivildienstleistenden. Modul «Outdoor Erste Hilfe»: Zivildienstleistende die vorwiegend im Freien Einsätze leisten und dabei oft Maschinen bedienen und/oder schwere körperliche Arbeiten verrichten. Refresher: Zivildienstleistende deren Nothilfekurs länger als 3 Jahre zurückliegt. Format und Dauer: Präsenz-Module «Erste Hilfe» mit dezentraler Durchführung und «Outdoor Erste Hilfe» im Ausbildungszentrum ZIVI Schwarzsee, je zwei Tage. E-Learning, 6h. Umfang Grundauftrag: Modul «Erste Hilfe» 102 Kurse pro Jahr mit je maximal 22 Teilnehmenden. Modul «Outdoor Erste Hilfe» 26 Kurse pro Jahr mit je maximal 16 Teilnehmenden. Leistungssprachen: Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch.
