Das Programm «Impact Innenentwicklung» soll wie das Vorgängerprogramm «Impuls Innenentwicklung» Städte und Gemeinden bei der Umsetzung der Siedlungsentwicklung nach innen gemäss Raumplanungsgesetz unterstützen. Aufgrund der zunehmenden Komplexität einer qualitäts- und nachhaltigkeitsorientierten Innenentwicklung ist es entscheidend, Städten und Gemeinden frühzeitig gezielte und bedarfsgerechte Unterstützung anzubieten, so dass das Raumplanungsgesetz seine Wirkung vollständig entfalten kann. Raumplanung ist zudem eine Querschnittsaufgabe. Sie betrifft zahlreiche Themenbereiche wie Wohnungsangebot, Mobilität, Umweltschutz, Klimaanpassung, Landschaftsqualität, Biodiversität, Natur- und Kulturerbe, Gesundheit, Lärmschutz oder Energieversorgung. Dieses Programm soll deshalb thematisch breit vernetzt und operativ flexibel ausgestaltet sein. Zur Umsetzung der Programmziele fokussiert das Programm "Impact Innenenwicklung" auf vier Schwerpunktbereiche: SP1: Kommunikation und Koordination SP2: Organisation und Realisierung nationaler Tagungen SP3: Sammlung guter Beispiele SP4: Organisation und Realisierung kantonaler Tagungen und Gemeindeberatungen
