armasuisse is procuring certified BLS/AED training for civilian employees of the Army Logistics Base and Cyber Command, to ensure they receive legally required training.
- Deliverables
- SRC-guideline BLS/AED courses in French, German and Italian, including certificates for participants.
- Contract
- Framework contract with call-off orders; a two-year extension option; call-offs depend on parliamentary budget approval.
- Eligibility
- One comparable reference per language for at least 50 people annually, from the past five years; instructors must teach in the local official language.
- Award
- The highest-scoring offer wins; signed appendices 3.0 and 3.1 and their required evidence are mandatory.
- Watch out
- Delay penalties are 1% per commenced calendar day, capped at 10% of the relevant remuneration.
