Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn SZU AG is procuring overhaul of FACTO pneumatic valves in six S10 vehicles, now due for revision after more than 12 years, to preserve vehicle reliability and operational readiness.
- Deliverables
- Collect, overhaul, test, document and return six batches of 180 valves each.
- Contract
- Prices in CHF; unit prices cover normal overhaul, with separate needs-based and optional positions.
- Eligibility
- Provide at least 2 comparable references from the last 8 years and ISO 9001 or equivalent QM evidence.
- Award
- Price and assignment analysis/implementation concept each carry 50%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for at least 180 days; extra parts require SZU’s prior written approval.

Revision der Pneumatikventile der Fahrzeuge Be 552 511–516 (S10, Uetlibergbahn) der SZU AG. Die Leistung umfasst die Abholung der Ventile in der Werkstatt Zürich Giesshübel, die fachgerechte Revision (Zerlegung, Reinigung, Austausch von Verschleissteilen, Montage, Funktionsprüfung) im Werk des Auftragnehmers sowie die Rücklieferung der revidierten Ventile. Total sind 6 Chargen mit je 180 Ventilen zu revidieren.
