- Applications and all submissions must be in German; provide three firm references and two per key project lead.
- Award
- Award weights: fee 45%, task approach 35%, task analysis and rough costs 10%, presentation 10%.
- Watch out
- The client may stop after the construction project and cost estimate without compensation or further work.

Die Gemeinde Weiningen beabsichtigt einen Neubau «Tiefgarage Mitte» (Schlüechti) zu erstellen. Im Rahmen eines Quartierplans (QP) wurde eine Machbarkeitsstudie (datiert: 03.07.2020, rev. 03.01.2022) erstellt. Der Quartierplan sieht für die Tiefgarage Mitte insgesamt 122 Parkplätze vor. Die aktuelle Grobkostenschätzung mit einer Genauigkeit von ±25 % geht für die Maximalvariante mit 122 Parkplätzenvon Baukosten von ca. CHF 4.9 Mio. aus. Der Gemeinderat Weiningen löste für die weitere Planung und Realisierung die vorliegende öffentliche, zweistufige Generalplanersubmission aus. Mit dieser soll ein Anbieter (Bewerber) gefunden werden, welcher geeignet ist, den Neubau der Tiefgarage Mitte zu planen und bis zur Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme zu begleiten.
