EPFL - Achats is seeking operators for eight campus foodtrucks as concessions, to provide daily food service across defined culinary concepts.
- Contract
- Eight concessions, one per lot; annual fee covers the Camipro cash system.
- Eligibility
- Provide one current similar foodtruck reference; French-speaking contacts and CHF 5 million liability cover required.
- Award
- Food and beverage offer weighs 60%; sustainability 15%, forecast turnover 10%, visual identity 10%, vegetarian sales 5%.
- Watch out
- Quality scores must stay above 60%; a CHF 1'000 penalty applies for quality failures.

Le présent cahier des charges couvre l’exploitation des foodtrucks pour l’ensemble des espaces pilotés par RESCO sur le Campus EPFL d’Ecublens (contrat de concession).
