Bringing bus stops into compliance with the LHand Act

Commune de Hautemorges is upgrading MBC bus stops to meet LHand requirements, raising platforms to improve access for people with reduced mobility.

- Civil works at seven stops include 22 cm platforms, pavement works and selected utility changes.

- Offers are priced by unit rates; the total offer is evaluated TTC with discount, excluding cash discount.

- Required evidence includes professional registration, social and tax compliance, applicable CCT/CTT and gender-equality undertaking.
- Award
- Price weighs 50%, execution organisation 40% and technical offer quality 10%.
- Watch out
- Offers remain firm and binding for 8 months; each labour-condition breach triggers a 5% penalty, increased 25% for recurrence.
- Lot 1
- Three stops on cantonal roads: Reverolle, Sévery and Pampigny.
- Lot 2
- Four stops on communal roads: Fondation Baud, Collège, Mottaz and Pampigny Collège.
