- Deliverables
- Supply estimated annual quantities across 21 listed positions, delivered to the address on each order.
- Contract
- Prices in CHF excluding VAT; estimated quantities are non-binding; renewal twice for one year, up to five years.
- Eligibility
- Submit 3-5 comparable supply references completed within the previous three years.
- Award
- Price weighs 60%; supplier quality and organisation, delivery time, warranty and sustainability each weigh 10%.
- Watch out
- Conventional penalties apply per violation: 10%, CHF 25'000, or 5% capped at CHF 100'000, depending on contract value.
