- Submit two comparable references and prove NIV/ESTI installation authorisations and a 1 h 30 min emergency response travel time.

- Price weighs 60 %, organisation 30 % and references 10 %; each lot is awarded separately.

Murg Flums Energie (MFE) plant, rund 3’200 bestehende Elektrizitätszähler im eigenen Verteil- netz durch Smart Meter zu ersetzen. Der Rollout wird zur besseren operativen Steuerung in mehrere Lose aufgeteilt. Die Losbildung erfolgt nach PLZ. Die Lose 1–3 werden den nachfolgend aufge- führten PLZ-Gebieten zugeordnet. Die angegebenen Mengen sind Planmengen; die effektiven Mengen werden durch MFE festgelegt.
