Auftragsart und Umfang Bei der vorliegenden Submission handelt es sich um einen Dienstleistungsauftrag. Mittels dieser soll die folgende Dienstleistung bzw. Versicherung ausgeschrieben werden: • Bauplatzversicherung mit folgenden Komponenten: • Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung • Bauwesenversicherung • Besucher-Unfallversicherung • Exzedentenversicherung für Betriebs- und Berufshaftpflichtversicherungen Das Bauprojekt soll in 3 Phasen (4 Teilprojekte, 4 Versicherungspolicen) aufgeteilt werden. Dies wird beim Punkt «Ort der Leistungserbringung» besser spezifiziert. Art des Verfahrens Der Dienstleistungsauftrag wird im offenen Verfahren nach GATT/WTO bzw. Art. 18 IVöB 2019, IVöBG und IVöBV ausgeschrieben. Das Verfahren richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen des Staatsvertrages.
