The Centrale d'achats et d'ingénierie biomédicale Vaud-Genève (CAIB) is procuring hospital interpreting for the HUG to secure reliable, responsive care communication through specialist providers.
- Contract
- Frameworks admit at most two providers per lot; lot 1 uses subsequent contracts, with up to three one-year renewals.

- Bidders must have operated in the relevant services market for at least three years and submit three comparable references.
- Award
- Price weighs 30%; organization and capacity 20% each, references 15%, cancellation flexibility 10%, sustainability 5%.

Le marché porte sur des prestations d’interprétariat humain destinées aux directions, départements, services et unités des HUG. Le marché est divisé en deux lots indépendants : le lot 1 relatif à l’interprétariat communautaire et le lot 2 relatif à l’interprétariat en langue des signes. Les HUG souhaitent conclure des contrats-cadres avec des prestataires spécialisés afin de sécuriser, pérenniser et améliorer la réactivité des prestations. Le détail des prestations à fournir est précisé dans le Cahier des charges techniques (CCT).
