- Deliverables
- Three editions include venue, infrastructure, entertainment, technical services, staffing, transport, registration and post-event reporting.
- Contract
- Pricing is for three editions, with detailed unit prices and discounts; all prices are in CHF, excluding VAT.
- Eligibility
- Submit 2-3 comparable references for events with over 1,000 participants, completed within five years; professional liability cover must be at least CHF 5'000'000.
- Award
- Award weights: concept 35%, price 30%, references 15%, organisation and team 15%, sustainability 5%; up to three bidders may present.
- Watch out
- The offer and attestations must be in French; a 10% performance bond may be required, at the supplier’s cost.
