The City of Geneva’s Central Municipal Purchasing and Printing Office is procuring digitisation of its audiovisual heritage collections, covering pre-digitisation, digitisation and post-digitisation.
- Deliverables
- Services cover pre-digitisation, digitisation and post-digitisation of audiovisual cultural property.
- Contract
- Multiple framework contracts; costs split between project forfaits and digitisation services.
- Eligibility
- Lot 1 requires 3 references; Lot 2 up to 5 covering at least 5 of 7 formats; Lot 3 requires 3.
- Watch out
- Contractual penalty per breach: 10% of projected annual service costs, minimum CHF 3'000.- and maximum CHF 100'000.-.
