Swissmedic is seeking named translators to convert German, French and English texts into Italian, ensuring capacity, reliable turnaround and quality across its regulatory and public-information work.
- Deliverables
- Each lot covers 20,000 standard lines annually; additional revision, post-editing and layout work is capped at 80 hours per lot annually.
- Contract
- One price per standard line and hourly rate; monthly billing by volume, with no guaranteed minimum purchase.
- Eligibility
- Name proposed translators; each must cover at least one full lot, and may be offered for at most two lots.
- Award
- Assessment criteria weigh 30% (300 points), price 25% (250), and test 45% (450).
- Watch out
- Late delivery and breaches of labour or equal-pay rules trigger contractual penalties under the federal service terms.

Mit vorliegender Ausschreibung sucht Swissmedic externe Leistungserbringerinnen, die deutsche, französische und englische Texte für Swissmedic in der gewünschten Qualität und innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen ins Italienische übersetzen können. Die Anbieterinnen haben die angebotenen Personen namentlich zu benennen und verbindliche Zusagen über deren Kapazität und Bereitschaftszeiten abzugeben. Um den Bedarf von Swissmedic breit abzudecken, ist die vorliegende Ausschreibung in verschiedene Lose aufgeteilt. Die Anbieterinnen können ihre Angebote für eines oder mehrere der Lose abgeben. Pro namentlich angebotene Person dürfen maximal zwei Lose angeboten werden.
