Schweizerische Bundesbahnen SBB Division Produktion Personenverkehr is buying torsion bars and levers to upgrade FV-Dosto bogies during scheduled overhauls and further improve passenger comfort.
- Deliverables
- Supply torsion bars and levers for retrofitting 60 FV-Dosto trains.
- Contract
- A works contract includes optional repeat orders under the agreed price basis.
- Eligibility
- SAP Ariba qualification, 3 comparable recent references and liability cover of at least 10 Mio. CHF are required.
- Award
- Price weighs 60%; schedule 15%, quality management 10%, planning 10%, and EcoVadis 5%.
- Watch out
- Prices are fixed; late delivery penalties reach 0.5% per day, capped at 10% per delivery.

Um den Fahrkomfort des FV-Dosto für die Reisenden weiter zu erhöhen werden die Drehgestelle, ohne Wankkompenstion, aufgewertet. Dazu werden Torsionsstäbe und Hebel benötigt, welche die SBB in der Schweiz einbauen wird. Der Einbau erfolgt im Rahmen der ordentlich anstehenden Revisionen an den Drehgestellen.
