The Federal Roads Office ASTRA is procuring owner’s support for the preservation concept of Basel’s N02 Osttangente renewal, coordinating specialist areas T/U, K and T/G to develop the concept.
- Deliverables
- Support covers the preservation concept; support for the measures concept is an option.
- Contract
- The two project leads must perform at least 60% of the prescribed total hours together.
- Eligibility
- Provide a qualifying completed highway owner-support reference; annual turnover must exceed twice the contract’s annual turnover.
- Award
- Key-person quality carries 40%, provider and offer quality 20% each, and price 20%.
- Watch out
- The awardee cannot bid for related project-author mandates; key people must supply at least 60% of hours.
