- Deliverables
- Plan, tender and oversee construction under SIA 102 phases 3-5, including school, parking and kindergarten fit-out.
- Eligibility
- Teams must include architecture-led specialists; phase 1 requires comparable team references, including one completed project; submissions in German.
- Award
- Phase 2 awards 70% to the fee offer and 30% to the concept study.

- Offers remain binding for six months; further appointment depends on project approval and released credits.

Im Rahmen der Schulraumplanung hat die Gemeinde verschiedene Möglichkeiten geprüft, wie der Schulstandort Leuggern sich künftig entwickeln soll. Nach Abwägung der verschiedenen Lösungsmöglichkeiten hat sich der Gemeinderat dazu entschieden, die Schule mittels eines Neubaus bei der heutigen Bezirksschule (inkl. Tiefgarage) sowie der Sanierung des Primarschulhauses in Leuggern zu zentralisieren. Mit dem vorliegenden Verfahren soll ein Generalplaner-Team (GP-Team) gesucht werden, welches die Gemeinde für die Projektierung und Realisierung beauftragen kann.
