Baumeisterarbeiten für den Neubau Mehrzweckgebäude bestehend aus Turnhalle und Garderobentrakt sowie einem Anbau mit Unterrichtsräumen. Gesamtsanierung der Bestandsgebäude in Etappen mit Abbruch-, Gebäudeschadstoffsanierung und neuen Anbauten. In den bestehenden Gebäuden werden Liftschächte ausgebildet, statische Ertüchtigungen ausgeführt und teilweise Nebenräume neu angeordnet. Die Leistungen umfassen die Bauplatzinstallationen, den Einbau von Kanalisationen, Grabarbeiten für Werkleitungen, Fassaden- und Flächengerüste und Betonelement-Fassaden. Besonderheit: Die markanten geschlossenen Aussenwandscheiben des Mehrzweckgebäudes aus Stampfbeton.
