BKP211 Baumeisterarbeiten Die Hochspannungsanlage und dessen Steuerung im Unterwerk Sihlfeld muss altersbedingt ersetzt werden. Da die Anlage das Quartier mit elektrischer Energie versorgt, muss diese zu jeder Zeit betriebsfähig bleiben und dadurch etappenweise zurück und neu aufgebaut werden. Die Bautätigkeiten müssen den Etappen der Anlage folgen. Zusätzlich wird die Lüftungsanlage ersetzt. Der Ersatz der Hochspannungs- und Lüftungsanlageanlage bedingt räumliche, anlagetechnische und sicherheitstechnische Anpassungen an der Gebäudestruktur.
