CHUV is expanding its established Cisco purchasing framework to HUG and CAIB-affiliated hospitals, enabling network, server, telephony and video-conferencing solutions to be supplemented, updated and maintained.
- Deliverables
- Supply and deliver Cisco equipment and licences, SmartNet maintenance and support across hospital sites.
- Contract
- Framework agreement; forecast annual turnover CHF 1'500'000.- TTC without commitment, renewable once for one year.
- Eligibility
- A Cisco gold partner certification is mandatory; the offer and execution language is French.
- Award
- Price: 60 % for the sample basket and 30 % for the EMEA Cisco GPL discount; supplier references and organisation: 10 %.
- Watch out
- Submitted prices include all logically necessary work; no later price increases for omissions or underestimation are accepted.
