The State of Vaud’s Purchasing and Logistics Directorate is sourcing filing supplies for the canton’s administration, with year-round supply needs estimated at about 700,000 items annually.
- Deliverables
- Supply cardboard and plastic binders, plastic pockets and other filing supplies to stock or clients.
- Contract
- Framework contract; no minimum quantities are guaranteed.
- Eligibility
- Submit in French and CHF; provide samples, except for lot 6, and a French-speaking contact.
- Award
- Price carries 50%; technical quality 22%, including sample testing.

- Penalties include CHF 25'000 per breach of participation obligations and 10% of net remuneration for cartel agreements.

La Direction des achats et de la logistique du canton de Vaud (DAL) est rattachée à la Direction générale des immeubles et du patrimoine (DGIP). Elle a pour mission d'assurer l'achat de biens et de services en faveur de l'ensemble de l'Administration cantonale vaudoise (ACV). Dans le cadre de servir l’Administration cantonale vaudoise, la DAL organise le présent appel d’offres pour acquérir le matériel de classement : classeurs carton, classeurs plastique, poches plastique et autres articles destinés au classement, livrés en stock ou directement au client, définis dans cet appel d’offres. Le volume moyen annuel des articles concernés est estimé à environ 700000 pièces.
