Services for the Modernisation, Administration and Operational Support of the Automated Information System for Education Management (AIKOM 2)
NGO DOCCU is buying AIKOM 2 modernisation and production support to expand education-management functions and keep the state system stable and secure.
- Contract
- Lot 2 is paid in six consecutive two-month stages; Lot 1 tasks are accepted and paid separately.
- Eligibility
- Lot 1 requires three years’ software experience, two recent comparable projects, one DIIA.Engine registry project and state-sector references.
- Award
- Evaluation weights: financial criterion 50 %, similar-work experience 30 %, document completeness and accuracy 20 %.
- Watch out
- Offers are in Ukrainian, priced in UAH excluding VAT, and remain binding for 60 calendar days after the submission deadline.

- Modernisation: new education records, integrations and reporting.
- Lot 2
- Registry administration and operational support on the Registry Platform.

The procurement concerns services for the modernisation, administration and operational support of the Automated Information System for Education Management (AIKOM 2). The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Modernisation of the AIKOM 2.0 Hardware and Software Complex. Lot 2 – Administration and Operational Support of AIKOM 2 during the Production Operation Period. Tenderers may submit a tender for Lot 1, Lot 2, or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. The detailed scope of services is specified in the Technical Requirements and other tender documentation.
