The Staatskanzlei - Kompetenzzentrum für Publikationsmedien is sourcing office supplies for direct delivery to cantonal administration sites, with optional paid storage for specified goods. The framework is intended to standardise the range and support administration-wide purchasing.
- Deliverables
- Supply reference-basket goods, operate a webshop, deliver individual items, and handle returns and invoicing.
- Contract
- One framework contract; prices in CHF excluding VAT, generally fixed, with adjustments under the contract.
- Eligibility
- Three comparable-scope references, own warehouse logistics, storage capability, and individual-item handling are mandatory.
- Award
- Price and product-related criteria apply; at most three highest-ranked bidders present their offers.
- Watch out
- Reference quantities create no purchase commitment; submitted offers remain valid for six months after opening.

Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung soll ein Rahmenvertrag für die Beschaffung und Direktlieferung von Büromaterialien an verschiedene Standorte der kantonalen Verwaltung abgeschlossen werden. Zusätzlich soll die Anbieterin definierte Artikel, insbesondere Papier sowie bedruckte Produkte, kostenpflichtig für den Auftraggeber einlagern können. Die angegebenen Beschaffungsmengen basieren auf Erfahrungswerten und dienen der Kalkulation und Vergleichbarkeit der Angebote. Sie stellen keine Abnahmeverpflichtung dar. Das tatsächliche Beschaffungsvolumen richtet sich nach dem Bedarf der einzelnen Bedarfsträger und kann entsprechend abweichen. Zur Standardisierung des Büromaterialsortiments und zur Sicherstellung der Vergleichbarkeit der Angebote wird ein Referenzsortiment vorgegeben.
