Leuchtenlieferung und -montage gemäss Beleuchtungskonzept Not- und Sicherheitsbeleuchtung gemäss behördlichen Anforderungen Steckdosen-, Schalter- und Geräteinstallationen Erschliessung und Anschlüsse für HLKS-Anlagen, Gebäudeautomation und technische Einrichtungen IT-, Kommunikations- und Multimedia-Verkabelung inkl. Anschlusspunkte für Schul- und Kindergartenbetrieb Brandmelde-, Alarmierungs- und Sicherheitsinstallationen gemäss Projektvorgaben Vorbereitung und Anschlüsse für Photovoltaikanlage inkl. erforderlicher Mess- und Schutzeinrichtungen Erdungs- und Potentialausgleichsanlagen Blitzschutzanschlüsse gemäss Fachplanung Koordination mit Holzbau-, Fassaden-, HLKS- und Innenausbauunternehmern Funktionsprüfungen, Messungen und Inbetriebsetzungen sämtlicher Anlagen Erstellung der Revisionsunterlagen und Messprotokolle Instruktion der Bauherrschaft und Betreiber Sämtliche Hebe-, Transport-, Befestigungs-, Anschluss- und Nebenleistungen inbegriffen Übergabebereite, betriebsfähige Elektroinstallation gemäss Projekt-, Norm- und Behördenanforderungen.
