Die Volksschule Emmen unterhält im Bereich der Tagesstrukturen während 38 Wochen im Jahr an acht Standorten einen Mittagstisch, sowie während sechs Ferienwochen einen Ferienhort. Die Gemeinde Emmen sieht sich aufgrund der geltenden Interkantonalen Vereinbarung über das öffentliche Beschaffungswesen (IVöB 2019) sowie des Einführungsgesetzes zur IVöB (EGIVöB) veranlasst, für die Neuvergabe ein entsprechendes Vergabeverfahren durchzuführen und den Auftrag per Beginn des Schuljahres 2027/28 (01.08.2027) neu zu vergeben. Ausgeschrieben wird die Mittagsverpflegung für die Tagesstrukturen der Volksschule Emmen während 38 Schulwochen sowie während 6 Wochen Ferienbetreuung pro Jahr.
