Die Dienststelle Raum und Wirtschaft (rawi) des Kantons Luzern schreibt die externe Bearbeitung der Gesuche für den Luzerner Innovationsbeitrag (LIB) für die Beitragsjahre 2027 bis 2029 aus. Der Auftrag umfasst die Entgegennahme und Verwaltung der Gesuche, die formelle und materielle Prüfung der eingereichten Unterlagen, die Kommunikation mit den Gesuchstellenden, die Einholung von Nachforderungen, die Qualitätssicherung, die Dokumentation der Bearbeitung sowie die Vorbereitung der Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die kantonalen Instanzen. Das erwartete Volumen beträgt rund 100 Gesuche pro Jahr. Die Anbieterin muss über ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung administrativer Verfahren, im Fallmanagement, in der Anwendung rechtlicher Vorgaben sowie im Umgang mit hohen Fallvolumen verfügen. Vertragsbeginn ist der 1. Februar 2027. Die Vertragslaufzeit endet am 31. Dezember 2029 und kann optional um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert werden.
