- Bidders need one completed comparable reference and annual turnover at least twice the contract value, prorated over performance.

- Award weights are price 40%, and four quality, key-person and duration criteria at 15% each.

- Delay penalties are CHF 20,000 per working day, capped at CHF 1,000,000; defect security is 5%, capped at CHF 2,000,000.

Le présent marché prévoit la réalisation des travaux de réfection des revêtements sur la N09 entre les km 1.050 et 7.190 : Fraisage d’enrobés bitumineux sur 55 ou 110 mm en fonction du secteur concerné (environ 221'000 m²) ; Mise en œuvre d’enrobés bitumineux selon deux structures distinctes en fonction du secteur concerné (environ 31'000 tonnes), hors ouvrages Mèbre et Pétause (aucune réfection prévue sur ces ouvrages) ; Travaux divers de réfection d’enrobés ; Suppression partielle du système d’aspersion de saumure (TMS). Les travaux seront réalisés de nuit.
